The Aftermaths of Centralised Training

After having an exhausting centralised training, we are now as fit as fiddle, growing stronger every each day and harboured hope to triumph in the real competition-MSSM. Oh…Seems like I use wrong pronoun, should be "they", not "WE", bcause I am excluded. I do wish I could run as fast as those professional runners from other states, and walk with a triumphant air to the stage and receive the prize proudly! I also wish…(STOP DREAMING) Regardless to what circumstances, I will try my best in the great race.

This centralised traning does not serve its only purpose on building up our strength. On the same time, it bonded our relationship with each other, and therefore inculcate a strong unity among the participants. Running together, chatting together, sleep together, study together(two people nia-me + Jia Fu)…etc We share almost all the feelings and experiences, that others desire!

Ops, 1 thing I neglected, that the food. Basically, human eat 3 meals per day. Here we eat 4 times a day. But, 4 meals seem like equivalent to 2 meals, you believe? According to researcers, breakfast is the most important meal among the others. The intake of amount and nutrients of breakfast does a great impact on our body systems. How dare they instructed us to stay agile and vigilent during the training when we are starving? If the performance is unsatisfied, remarks and comments will be bombarded on us. Halo! We are in hunger, my hands are freezing too. I learn this lesson, so next time when going for supper, I took some breads for the consumption of coming breakfast. Conclusion: Output Energy > Input Energy  for the whole course of training. Hence, (insufficient)Glucose(C6H12O6) + Oxygen (O2)——-> (lesser)Energy + Carbon dioxide(CO2) + Water(H2O). Result: Starvation

Every morning, we are commanded to congregate on the field & march on the field for two rounds, it’s extremely tedious. Then, like usual, we sang our national follow by state anthem-Negaraku & P.Pinang. And, now this song, I totally don’t know how to sing initially, Lagu MSSPP, never heard before too. But, some of them do know how to sing it completely, just they lack of my wonderful sound, that’s all. Lol! As most of the members do not know how to sing it, Mdm. Ping Pin took the initiative to teach us to sing. She rectified our tones all the way we sang. She even motivated us to sing spiritually. Finally, we could sing as well as her, lol! Below is the lyrics of the song:

Lagu MSSPP(incomplete)
Semangat bersukan bersama diamalkan
Menuju ke arah perpaduan
Kalah dan menang sama gembira
Matlamat yang utama

Semua golongan janganlah ketinggalan
Segera tampillah ke hadapan
Berikanlah segala sokongan
Tanda satu kebanggaan

MSSPP, MSSPP
Kau mara terus maju
Pulau Pinang, Pulau Pinang
Kubangga mewakilimu

Temasya XXXXXXXXXXXXX(forget)
Majlis Sukan Sekolah semua
Bertanding mencarikan juara
Bersukan untuk negara

On the last day of the centralised training, all the coaches gave us motivation to fight with spirit during MSSM. I appreciate all what they gave to us. I can’t promise them anything, in my heart, I just know that I must put my best foot forward in the battlefield. Good Bye, meet in 49th MSSM in Kuala Lumpur. Read the newspaper to obtain Penang result, if you can’t find it, this is because PENANG result too BAD, media don’t dare to announce to the public, LOL!

PS: Penang 4 x 100m qualified to the final(I am part of them, yuppy!), Ng Khai Li(Gold-Lompat jauh P1), P12-100m get silver, etc. Penang get 1 Gold, 3 Silvers and 3 Bronze. Congratulation to them! Hoo-ray!
