This is the 1st time my school Boys’ Brigade The 8th Penang combined with other schools, organises a large Camp! Estimation number of attendants is approximately 500 people. WOW! This Big Family consists of girls(from Girls’ Brigade) and boys(BB). I am in-charged for the cleanliness of the camp! Commonly known as Camp Helper! Actually, it is a low rank entitled to me to accomplish those trivial things!
Girls, over there, quite kind and fairly pretty! Some of them, act like boy and talk like MAN! Minority of the group afflict with Obesity. I found some strange phenomenon over there! A fat girl dare not to sit with a bevy of girl who are slightly slim and pretty than them. That fatty, quite an introvert person and dont even dare to speak to people with eyes contact! She is most probably lack of confidence! Cause of her physical appearance? I cant help anything, because I am so lucky as I am a thin slimmy BOY! Different people with different fate gain different philosophy of life. Hope she could stop despising herself, after all, every human is unique.
Saying bout myself, I have to admit that I am also concern about personal natural attributes! I hate myself for some aspects. Especially my mouth and body size. In fact, my mouth is not so nice-looking. My body size, seem to be like a primary pupil’s body shape! No doubt if someone would thought that I suffer from Malnutrition! haha! Yeah! Mega Boot Camp starts! I came with DAY DRESS(uniform) at 6.30 am sharp! I am one of the Cleanliness Team which responsible for all the cleanliness of the infrastructures we used! At the same time, I served as HELPER too, do anything when got NCOs command! Well… since they demand, I have to supply them with my energy. My Boss(Ah Tou) is a girl lai, from ??(Maybe SMKAI), her name is Yvonne, quite hot-tempered, has a fairly dark skin and sleepy eyes… Whatever, I obeyed her and her assistance–Fan Qi(Girl pun). Most remember that I have to wash the toilets at 1st floor, have to. When there is spare time, we all sit together and talk, but it seems like I always lead the conversation. Back to responsibility, I have to aid Choong Tze(stational) to ensure every member is involved in the "Tent Building" activity. Actually, it is very tedious. So, I voluntarily go to other station to lend my warmy hand, 3 on 3 BASKETBALL game. HAHA! Now is the moment for me to show-off… in front of girls? Do they enjoy? haha! Frantically, I dribbled the ball and laid up! Here goes, 1 point! Our opponents have no chance to grab ball, triumph has been secured on our palm! Good work, Chin Heng & Sun Ye!
On the last day, a very significant competition emerge on the schedule—Talent Competition! I got take, in solo(that’s why people amaze my courage)! I sang an old but meaningful song with my very touching sound, indeed! The song name is 如果你還愛我. In fact, I was good. BUT!!!!!!!!!!! I simply forget some of the words because of my nervousness… However, my sound is the best among the participants! Voting time comes… Many people voted me, but I have competitive competitors too. Result has announced, I get nothing, haha! But I get THE BEST APPLAUSE AWARD—means I received the most number of claps. They, including many Sirs, have a great esteem on me, but I simply stop several times during singing! How nervy I was! haha! Thank you for supporting me, true quality will be exposed in future!
