After completing the one week centralized training, I found umpteen weaknesses while I was running. Below are the list of my weaknesses:
(a) Breath rate too fast. In consequence, body will exhausted sooner.
(b) Paces are relatively small. I seem to be like striding, not springing. Would be a loss to me as I have to run two steps in order to equal to opponents’ one step.
(c) Some of my confidence wane result in slow progression. I have to rectify my own concept, that is I will try my best.
(d) Stamina isn’t that good. Must endeavour to improve it.
(e) The power of my both legs are not balance. Left leg is stronger than right leg. I will try to work out to improve the power of the right leg.
(f) Speed is a vital element in my event, 400m. My speed isn’t good too. Approximately 12s/100m.
My aim not so high, as long can qualify to Final and do the time my coaches want, then I will lose without any sense of remorse. My strategy is: 12s for every 100m. If the plan success, I will breaking my personal record, that is 48 s after completing the whole course.
