I met with the emcee who hosted a leadership and world open entrepreneurship talk today in law faculty canteen, UM.
We didn't meet directly but was through a woman Cafrey. She taken my name card by chance when AIESEC ran in-campus recruitment drive from 14th - 16th Nov 2011. I was very surprise she has high opinion on me even though we never met before. My first impression was that is this some fraud! I just couldn't accept praises from absolute strangers, and she did it so confidently. ~_~" Isn't this suspicious.
She called me on my phone on Monday and proposed a somewhat business partnership. That time I was in the hurry to attend PTUM Cultural Night, so I just excused myself. She wanted to see me on Thursday and was asking whether would I be free.
I was hesitant whether to meet a total stranger or not at that point of time. I glanced at my timetable a while and ponder. Yes, I am free on Thursday lunch hour. Owing to my curiosity and desire to explore new experience, eventually I agreed to meet her in the place she suggested-Law Faculty Cafeteria.
When I reached there, I couldn't identify she. After a few moment of searching, there was a woman sitting beside a guy who waved at me. Ah ha, that must be her. And yeah we shook hand upon our first meet, I behaved like as if negotiating over some multi-billions project HAHAHAHA.
The rest of the conversation, I would like to keep it personal. One thing I could tell you is that believe in Law of Attraction, it seems like chances happened in the way how and what people envision on his/her mind. The desire to be an entrepreneur is no longer a vague dream. But I am not that type of person who LIKE and ACCEPT new thing so easily. Similarly, once I choose to like it and accept it, there'll no turning back, it's either do or die matter.
Do you know, the world is so small a place. The guy sitting beside Cafrey is the emcee who hosted the leadership and World Free Entrepreneurship Day international event which I had attended in September this year. Mr. Yeap, is what I know about him thus far. Again, after listening to my introduction and my involvement in various types of activities in university, he was amazed and added that he was a MPMUM too, implying he's a UM grad. The rest of the conversation between him and I were amazing.
Despite what they have said, I am still pondering whether to take up the challenges.
Still have much things to do, got to resume my works first.
Pen off here first.
