I read this once, that if you are doing things all by yourself, despite quality work, will only make u feel tired easily. There must be problem with my communication.
No, I think I am fear of communicating/delegating tasks to my people.
I am happy to have a friend who told me this,
"You are Pengarah, so just give ARAHan"
I can be pushy too, but of course this is something I will try to avoid.
However, time is not on my side, and I really must be BAD GUY liao lar.
Don't care, KILL if IGNORE, REWARD if INITIATE his/her jobs.

Yes, it's really awkward and hard to speak to delegating tasks. But handle all by yourself is exhausting and time consuming. From what I know you, I think your guys would be honour if you asked! It's not a bad guy thing, okay. No worries.
