Note to my future self when I would turn 40: The last thing you do not want to know at the end of your occupation is the fallacy of inspiration/empowerment in which you turn to believe that you are pursuing a career of your own within a company.
A beautifully woven lie created by the C-suite executives to check the pyramid of cheap, white-collar slaves at balance.
I just do not want live to that day to realize I had lived regretted.
