When asked what is the advice Bill could give to young people who wish to build a big, successful company, he replied that a fact that when he started this software company, he didn't thought it could be that successful. And every time the company is about to double in size, he often thinks that it's the last time. So, what fundamentally drives him to create a huge success for his company is passion.
